Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS or FedEx. We strive to select the most cost-effective method of shipping to save you money.
We do not ship fresh flowers but most gift and home décor items can be shipped. If we think an item cannot be shipped safely, we will state IN STORE PICK-UP ONLY in the product information section.
Any damages must be reported to The Mantle within 3 days of receiving the order along with a picture of the damage via our email at 2sisters@mantlegiftshopandflorist.com. We will reship the item if available or refund your purchase.
Since our products change quickly, we do not give refunds for returns or exchanges. In store credit will be given to the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
