How do I place an order with The Mantle?
Orders for fresh flower bouquets, gift items for delivery or in store pick-up should be placed by phone. Call 270-866-8833. Gifts and home décor items to be shipped may be purchased on our secure website.
What methods of payment can be used?
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS or FedEx. We strive to select the most cost-effective method of shipping to save you money.
Can all items on your website be shipped?
We do not ship fresh flowers but most gift and home décor items can be shipped. If we think an item cannot be shipped safely, we will state IN STORE PICK-UP ONLY in the product information section.
What if an item I receive is damaged?
Any damages must be reported to The Mantle within 3 days of receiving the order along with a picture of the damage via our email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reship the item if available or refund your purchase.
What is The Mantle’s return and/or exchange policy?
Since our products change quickly, we do not give refunds for returns or exchanges. In store credit will be given to the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
